作者简介：作者米雪（Mi Xue）是家族中在美国出生的第一代华人。她先后毕业于斯坦福大学、哥伦比亚大学，获得教育学硕士学位。
米雪的人生经历丰富多彩：她年轻时追逐美国梦，但不能得到满足；她的婚姻曾经濒临破裂，却苦尽甘来；她的长子患自闭症，全家却更紧密地互相依靠；她两度离开亲朋好友，与丈夫旅居国外，辛苦打拼，最终在香港高端国际教育合作方面做出重大贡献。
米雪与丈夫育有三个子女，现居美国。

About the Author Author Mi Xue is a first-generation Chinese born in the United States. She graduated from Stanford University and obtained her Master’s Degree in Education from Columbia University.Mi Xue’s life is full of rich and varied experiences. She was a young woman chasing the American dream, but could never find fulfillment. Her marriage was once on the verge of collapse, but it was healed through divine intervention and hard work. Her eldest son is autistic, but this caused the family to depend more closely on each other. She left family and friends twice to live abroad with her husband, and through persistence and dedication, ultimately made a significant contribution in high-end international education cooperation inHong Kong. Mi Xue and her husband live with their three children in theUnited States. |

Although the book was written it English, it was written for translation into Chinese for publication in China. I need to rewrite it for the US publication. However, I am thinking of possibly making the unedited uncensored version of the original English manuscript available on my website, but will have to get the advice and permission from my publisher.
