结论:

当耶稣“拿起，掰开，给（我们）吃”祂自己为我们的罪破碎的身体，祂就反转了夏娃所做“摘了，吃了，给（他）吃”那导致死亡的果子。耶稣的肉和血是永死的解药，为了给我们永生。

3.  What is the problem?  How did Jesus test Philip?

 

4.  How did Jesus perform the miracle?  How did Jesus reverse the curse of Gen. 3?

 

5.  What was the response of the crowd?

7.  Where were they when they spotted Jesus?  Why were the disciples frightened when they saw Jesus?

Summary:

 When Jesus “took, broke, gave (for us to) eat” His own body broken by our sin, He reversed Eve’s actions when she “took, ate, gave (for him to) eat” the fruit leading to death.  Jesus body and blood is the antidote to eternal death to give us eternal life.
